Hi, I was wondering if you ever considered developing a long term flexibility routine for people who train with heavy weights. Not just post workout stretches but real long term daily flexibility routines that target the muscle groups that are particularly stressed from weight training (chest, arms, legs, back, and abs). I'm getting to the age where post workout aches and pains are becoming an issue and looking to increase my flexibility in a way that allows me to keep training pain free into the future.
