Newly subscribed. So I really want to work on full flexibility but mainly splits for now. How often should I be training/for how long and should I maybe alternate days between full body and splits? Thanks : )

Welcome :) I recommend training flexibility at least 4 days a week to see improvement - the more the better!
I recommend making your way through beginner and intermediate level full body courses before moving onto the splits courses!
